As a Sales Operations Manager, you will partner with Sales and cross-functional teams while setting strategies, generating impactful insights, providing recommendations, and defining & executing processe to amplify revenue and improve sales productivity. The ideal candidate comes with exceptional human and communication skills, with an obsessive need to wow, and has a proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS startups, serving enterprises worldwide, 24/7.

We were named a 2021 Cool DevSecOps Vendor by Gartner and are working with customers like Freddie Mac, GSK, MX, and Armis to automate the way companies detect and prioritize application risk with complete transparency into what applications are doing in any environment at any time.

What you will do?

  • Collaborate effectively with internal and cross-functional teams to solve problems and implement new processes to improve and customize workflows, optimize efficiency, and help best utilize the tools in our stack
  • Become an expert in sales pipeline data and develop tactical and operational tools for sales reps to promote productivity
  • Support weekly, monthly & quarterly pipeline reporting and forecasting for the sales organization and leadership, identifying significant changes and trends that will materially impact our growth trajectory and providing insights into sales performance and operational efficiency
  • Develop, implement, and administer Salesforce and other and other customer CRM and engagement tools.
  • Manage documentation on sales processes, policies, sales training materials, and assist with onboarding new sales talent
  • Help set goals for the sales team, and lead sales compensation calculation and review process

What skills/experience we would like:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company, with a demonstrated history of improving sales productivity in a fast-paced, dynamic high growth environment
  • Demonstrated ability to define, refine, and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies that align with business objectives
  • Passion for data and its use in driving organizational change and the ability to present it in an easy and digestible manner
  • The ability to balance high-level planning with day-to-day operations
  • Exceptional business acumen and excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce administration, with a strong understanding of Salesforce principles and best practices

  • BA/BS from a leading institution with a major in finance, economics, business, engineering, or other quantitative focus (MBA or another relevant advanced degree is an advantage)
