Bionic is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to expand its growing marketing team. You will be the key stakeholder for our content marketing and social media management. This job is perfect for someone who is looking to expand their marketing capabilities, and grow from an individual contributor to a leader.

We were named a 2021 Cool DevSecOps Vendor by Gartner, and are working with customers like Freddie Mac, GSK, MX, and Armis to automate the way companies detect and prioritize application risk, with complete transparency into what applications are doing in any environment, at any time.

Who we are looking for

  • Someone who can work hard, learn, and be driven to succeed in an ever-changing startup environment (this won’t be a 9 to 5 gig)
  • Someone who wants to aggressively grow their skillset and career quickly
  • Someone who wants to think outside the box, and doesn’t want to follow the typical MQL-driven marketing status quo

What skills/experience we would like:

  • 2+ years experience working in content marketing, ideally at a tech startup or mid-stage company
  • Exceptional copywriter & editor at heart and can craft a compelling story
  • Can dig deep into data & gather insights from data and then craft beautiful content that attracts attention
  • Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other content marketing/SEO tools
  • Strong understanding of generating a brand on LinkedIn/Twitter
  • You are fascinated by the customer/prospect - you want to continuously learn about them
  • You are naturally self-directed, operate well under pressure, and can work well remotely

What your typical week looks like

  • Build out a content marketing plan that is focused on driving awareness and pipeline
  • Create content across multiple platforms and channels, and manage the distribution of this content to the correct audience
  • Build, manage, and analyze campaign data to gain actionable insights into performance
  • Listen to Gong calls and develop a deep, data-driven understanding of prospect/customer mindsets and behaviors
  • Partner with the Head of Demand Generation to ensure that we are creating awareness and demand to the correct audience, optimizing content strategy and process, and generating measurable pipeline through content
